Roman Residenza: Central,Bright, Quiet, and Modern.

This apartment has a lot of light, and it has no noise because it is on a private street.
It was renovated in December 2019, just before the lockdown.

It consists of 2 double bedrooms (one with a terrace), 2 bathrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen.
One of the bedrooms has a terrace.
A desk and extension cord are available for those who work and travel.

At Roman Residenza, I welcome guests of all ethnicities, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations.

The apartment is on the 5th floor (yes, with an elevator) and is very bright.
How many steps? There are 7 steps as you enter the building. That's all.
It can accommodate up to 6 people.

You'll have free WiFi and Netflix, 2 smart TVs, 3 air conditioners, a washer-dryer, a dishwasher, an oven and electric/induction hobs, a microwave, and three coffee machines (espresso,  Americano, and Moka).

A cot and a high chair for small children are available free of charge.

I rent the entire apartment: it's a holiday home.

Paid parking is available upon request--please, request it in advance.

The Residenza is in the historic center of Rome: in the Regola district.

Near the apartment, there are three taxi stations: 2 in Trastevere and a large one in Largo Argentina, where you also find many buses. Six banks are located close by.

This is an area with many restaurants, bars, and stores.

English language instructions for appliances are on the kitchen table.

There is a telephone for free calls within Italy. Calls abroad will be charged.

In the bathroom, you will find quality hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

I try to limit packaging waste.

The iron, the ironing board, and the drying rack are in the white cupboard behind the door to the largest room.
